I specialize in helping individuals and couples find their way through life's most challenging moments using proven, evidence-based approaches.

 

My counseling integrates attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and heal at the deepest level.
 

I work with clients ages 13 through adulthood, offering both in-person and secure telehealth sessions. Every relationship receives personalized attention, whether you're navigating individual challenges or couple dynamics.
